Senior UI Developer (Angular)

My client is growing rapidly and is currently looking for a Senior UI Developer to join their team. This is an exciting role, working on an interesting new API-first SaaS product with a great agile team around you. They are continuing to expand their best of breed, modular, flexible booking engine and are putting together a strong team to realize this.

They are looking for a UI Developer who thrives crafting simple, scalable solutions and who can work within a team but also are able to work off their own initiative. You’ll be comfortable with jumping into an existing base and start working on products that are up and going in a business that is growing and evolving continuously. Working in Agile.

In this role you will be working on a platform that already has some of the largest manufacturers in the world on it, finding technical solutions, ensuring 24×7 uptime and contributing directly to the day to day booking experience of tens of thousands of people around the world.

Must Haves:

  • 6+ years UI Development experience.
  • Fully proficient in Angular (Angular 8+)
  • Fully proficient in TypeScript
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and CSS Preprocessors, JavaScript, NPM
  • Experience using RxJS to consume RESTful APIs
  • Integrating external web services
  • Extensive experience using GIT and branching strategies

Nice to haves:

  • UX and design experience and tools
  • Experience with Mobile Apps
  • Experience working as part of an agile software development team
  • Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks
  • Open Source contributions
  • Experience with responsive design

Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and document JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Build independent, reusable, and testable modules and components
  • Assure a dependable chain concerning the file system, logic, and model

This is a permanent role, based in Dublin City Centre, with a hybrid work environment with 2 days in office and the rest remote.

Candidates must have fluent English, and must be eligible to work in the EU/Ireland,
