My client is currently looking for join Senior Marketing Specialist to join their team on a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing an agreed marketing plan that will support the long-term strategy of the business. The candidate will be required to carry out the activation of the tactics including tradeshows and events, PR collaboration with an external agency, print advert management, product catalogue updates and updates to the company website. This requires strong multi-tasking abilities, flexibility, ability to work under pressure & initiative.

My client, Hygeia Garden Care is 85 years in business with an established market position in Ireland and is currently embarking on an ambitious growth strategy. Their own manufacturing of market leading home & garden care products under the brands Mosgo, Hytrol, Greenforce & Gouldings is complemented with agencies from companies such as Sutton’s Seeds, Thompon & Morgan Seeds, Johnsons Lawn Seed and others. Hygeia Garden Care is experiencing very strong growth in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

Implementation of marketing initiatives and promotions as outlined by the existing Marketing Manager.
Packaging artwork updates and amends as required.
Maintaining an existing Training & Development portal for staff.
Implement and monitor effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including advertising, website development, update the marketing tools.
Building and maintaining relationships with retailer partners and supporting them with content as required.
Maximising profits and identifying potential savings to drive ROI.
Updating annual product catalogue.
Supporting and guiding junior marketing executive and allocating them tasks regularly.
Monthly reporting required.

Skills / Qualifications

Experience in product/brand marketing.
Experience working with the latest web and mobile production standards and practices, social media tools and platforms a plus.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Canva.
Experience in website content writing, maintenance and updating, SEO.
Demonstrated experience managing the development of marketing campaigns, digital products, technologies, and experiences.

Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for design and detail.
The ability to prioritize and manage requests from various stakeholders.
The ability to juggle multiple projects on deadline, work under pressure, and take initiative.
Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
Strong IT skills.

This is a 12 Month contract, covering maternity leave. The role based in the South East of Ireland.

The remuneration package on offer will reflect the importance of the role and the experience of the successful candidate. Benefits include, Bonus, laptop, phone, pension, 20 weeks maternity leave as well as paternity leave, 1 day work from home if required.
