Electro Mechanical Engineer
My client is a dynamic and innovative technology company producing market disruptive technology to enable the widespread deployment of Autonomous Vehicles. Their team design & develop software, hardware, optics and illumination systems and they are looking for engineers who want to work in a practical hands-on environment.
They are expanding rapidly across Europe and the USA and require an Electro-Mechanical Engineer to build, set-up and test our products
The Job
Working with a small dynamic team of engineers, the Electro-Mechanical Engineering role is varied between building and testing product, and in some cases product installation and commissioning. Developing product build and test documentation and continuous improvement of product, parts purchasing are additional requirements. The successful candidate will be given in-depth training of the company’s technology and products
Skills and Experience
- Ideally qualified to at least diploma level in a mechanical, electronics or electrical discipline.
Ideally 2+ years’ experience either as an Electro-Mechanical Engineer/Technician or similar technical role.
- Experience with building complex and precision equipment and aptitude for debug including hardware, electronics, optics, cameras, illumination.
- Ability to develop appropriate tests for new product or product enhancements, and to perform such tests and provide feedback to developers.
- Experience with analysing data & creating reports based upon results and validating corrections to conclusion.
- Good communication skills required to ensure accurate description of issues to R&D and accurate responses to customers.
- Proficient with MS office suite

Permanent role in Dublin South.
Salary negotiable. Dependant on candidate experience. Bonus.
