Mobile Applications Developer

Our client, a successful start-up that is growing rapidly, is currently looking to hire an experienced Mobile App Developer. An exciting role working on a very interesting new product with a great team around you. They are building a best of breed, modular, flexible booking engine are putting together a strong team to help them realise this. They are looking for a passionate JavaScript developer who will thrive crafting simple scalable solutions and is able to work within a team but also able to work off their own initiative.

Experience Required.

Strong experience with TypeScript mobile apps and cross-compiling for IOS and Android

5 + years hands on development experience. Strong JavaScript development experience.

Experience with TypeScript.

Experience with modern JavaScript application framework(s). Angular (2+) is preferred but experience with React or Vue may also be acceptable.

Mobile-first web application development experience. Think offline capable, performance optimised, progressive web apps.

Nice to haves (Not Must haves!)

Exposure to PHP development useful with a modern framework such as Zend, Laravel or Symfony. Experience working as part of an agile software development team. Experience with NativeScript (preferred) or ReactNative. Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks. Experience with mobile e2e testing tools, such as Appium. Vagrant & Puppet. Open Source contributions. Experience with localisation. Experience with deploying applications to the Android and iOS App Stores.
